Q Can I book different dates for departure and return?
No, the shuttle service is only available as a same-day round trip. Please make sure to book the same date for both departure and return. Boarding may be denied if you try to board the shuttle on a different date from your booking.

Q Can I board the shuttle with the SBS GAYO DAEJEON ticket only?
You must book the shuttle separately on this website (Rideus) to board.

Q Can I book the shuttle ticket for my companion as well?
Shuttle tickets are limited to two per person. Each participant must make a separate booking.

Q Can I book a one-way shuttle?
All shuttle routes require round-trip booking. You must book a round-trip even if using only one-way.

Q Is it possible to use only the return shuttle after the concert is over?
Yes, you can use only the return shuttle, but you must still book a round-trip ticket. Please book by selecting the return shuttle drop-off location as your departure point.

Q Can I book different departure and return locations in Seoul?
Return locations can only be selected from the departure point or designated stops on the same route. You cannot book a return to stops on a different route.

Q Can I change the departure point or boarding time of my booked shuttle?
To change the departure point or boarding time of your shuttle, please cancel the current booking and rebook for your preferred route and time.

Q If I cancel my SBS GAYO DAEJEON ticket on Interpark, will my shuttle booking also be canceled automatically?
No, as Interpark and the shuttle booking site (Rideus) are separate, cancellations must be handled individually on each website.

Q Until when can I cancel my shuttle booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 2 days before the boarding.

Q Can I board the shuttle on-site without a booking?
Boarding without a booking is not allowed due to the limited number of shuttle seats. Please book in advance.

You need to show the QR ticket or voucher sent from the shuttle booking website (Rideus).

Q If I missed my booked shuttle time, can I still board?
You may board if seats on the next scheduled shuttle are available, but the availability is not guaranteed.

The shuttle fare is included in the SBS GAYO DAEJEON ticket, so you cannot book or board the shuttle without a SBS GAYO DAEJEON ticket.

Q Where can I board the returning shuttle after the concert?
The returning shuttle boarding area is located at the EVENT PARKING LOT next to Discovery Park in INSPIRE RESORT. It takes approximately 10 minutes on foot from the concert venue. Please follow the guidance of staff and signage.

Q When will the returning shuttle depart?
The shuttle will depart within 60 minutes after the official end of the concert, and the time may change depending on the actual ending time. If the concert runs longer than scheduled, the shuttle departure will also be delayed accordingly. Please take your time and move slowly to the boarding area.

Q Does the shuttle drop passengers off right in front of INSPIRE ARENA?
The shuttle will drop passengers off at the EVENT PARKING LOT located at Inspire Resort. Please walk to the concert venue from there.

Q Do I need to download a separate app to board the shuttle?
No app is required. Simply show the voucher or QR ticket sent via email or message.

Q Can I bring food or drinks to the shuttle?
Beverages in single-use containers and any foods with strong smell are not allowed on the shuttle.

Q Can I leave my bag on the shuttle after arriving at INSPIRE ARENA?
Personal belongings cannot be left on the bus as the shuttles to and from the INSPIRE ARENA are different.
